Small Plates, Natural & Organic Wines
At Daróg, our menu is built around seasonal, locally sourced small plates. Our wine list showcases the craftsmanship of small artisan producers who share our passion for organic, natural, biodynamic, and sustainable practices.
Our culinary philosophy is rooted in supporting local farmers and producers, ensuring that every dish reflects the region’s finest flavours. Whenever possible, we collaborate with suppliers who prioritise organic, free-range, artisanal, or biodynamically cultivated ingredients.

Seasonal Spotlight
Our menu changes with the seasons, highlighting the freshest local ingredients at their peak. With the arrival of spring, we’ve introduced new small plates that celebrate vibrant fresh flavours and thoughtfully sourced produce. Our full menu here.
One of our favourite small plates is our Dexter beef tartare, served with pickled mustard seeds and fried capers. The Dexter beef is sourced from Brave Herders, based in Millstreet, Co. Cork, who rear Native Irish Celtic Cattle in wild, wet, wooded areas of Brave Herder Farmlands. The cattle are ethically raised, free-range, and slow-maturing.

Perfect Pairing
We love pairing this dish with Roka RM, made with Rumeni Muskat grapes by Irish couple Liam & Sinéad Cabot in Stajerska, Slovenia. Available by the glass in Daróg, this wine is impeccably fresh with floral notes, it spends only a few days on the skin. Liam and Sinéad use Biodynamic principles and craft their wines with minimal intervention.
