Introducing the Winemakers of Clos du Gravillas Vineyard

John, originally from the far west of Kentucky, found his passion for winemaking when he met Nicole, who hails from Narbonne with her infectious laughter and southern charm. Together, they made the bold choice to settle in the quaint village of St Jean. Cultivating a 9-hectare vineyard on the Causse, nestled at 270 meters altitude, John and Nicole harness the unique terroir of white limestone and marine fossils that mirrors the celestial landscape. With a shared commitment to biodiversity and organic farming, their wines, spanning from traditional to contemporary styles, beautifully reflect the essence of their stunning surroundings.
