Daróg in Galway is set to host the first Irish “ZiNG! thing Food & Wine Synergy” Workshop over the next four weeks. Trish Rogers, author of, The ZiNG! Thing - Points South: Exploring the South in Search of a ZiNG! Thing, will guide the participants through the Diploma in Food & Wine Synergy over four sittings. The programme explores Food and Wine interactivity, the human taste network and our instinctive responses to taste and other sensory food elements.
