Daróg in Galway is set to host the first Irish “ZiNG! thing Food & Wine Synergy” Workshop over the next four weeks. Trish Rogers, author of, The ZiNG! Thing - Points South: Exploring the South in Search of a ZiNG! Thing, will guide the participants through the Diploma in Food & Wine Synergy over four sittings. The programme explores Food and Wine interactivity, the human taste network and our instinctive responses to taste and other sensory food elements. The Diploma in Ireland is in association with the Irish Guild of Sommeliers
