A Family Adventure to St. Tola Goat’s Cheese Farm

Today was a special day for our family as our twins had a day off school, so we decided to embark on a road trip to the picturesque County Clare. Our destination? The renowned farm where St. Tola Goat’s cheese is crafted.

The morning was filled with delight as we met the friendly goats and delved into the fascinating process of how their exquisite cheese is made. It was an educational and enjoyable experience for all of us.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to Brian and Gráinne for their warm hospitality and to Síiobhán for organizing this memorable outing.

The stunning St. Tola Ash cheese remains a staple on our cheese board, a true testament to the craftsmanship of our local producers. View our full list of suppliers here.
